HYROX Simulation

Hyrox Simulations at Bridport Leisure Centre

Hyrox Simulations are the ultimate way to experience the thrill of a full HYROX fitness race in a local, supportive environment.

Combining 8 × 1km runs with 8 functional workout stations (sled push, burpee broad jumps, rowing, ski erg, sandbag lunges, wall balls and more), each simulation mirrors the exact format, intensity and flow of an official HYROX race. Whether you’re training for your first HYROX event, preparing for a big race, or simply looking for a tough and motivating challenge, our simulations give you the perfect opportunity to test your pacing, transitions, and mental strength under race-like conditions.

We’ve already hosted a number of highly successful Hyrox Simulations at Bridport Leisure Centre, with fantastic turnout, brilliant community spirit, and some truly impressive performances from both newcomers and seasoned athletes.

FULL HYROX

The Full HYROX challenge is a gruelling fitness race that combines 8 one-kilometer runs with 8 functional workout stations, testing strength, endurance, and mental toughness in a single continuous event.

Step up to the ultimate test of strength and endurance – take on the HYROX challenge and prove what you’re made of!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

HALF HYROX

Participants will run 500m in between each of the HYROX 8 functional workout stations.

Distances will be halved, weights will remain the same except in Sled Pull and Push where a medium weight between Men and Women will be used.

Half the distance, all the challenge – Half HYROX is your gateway to the ultimate test of strength and endurance.

 

 

 

This event will test your strength, endurance and agility. Whether you’re an athlete, a regular at our HYROX Classes or just looking to get started, this is for everyone. Work at your own pace without any competition pressure – this is for fun!

HYROX Doubles

There is also the option of taking part with a friend in a HYROX Double. Both participants complete ALL 8 Running Stations together and split the Zones as they wish. The Zones can be split between participants in any way they choose. Usually, each participant does half of every zone in a ‘You Go I Go’ format. E.g. 500m each on the Ski Erg in the Full Hyrox and 250m each in the Half Hyrox etc.
