Join us for an exciting Half HYROX Simulation as part of the Bridport Leisure Centres 50 year anniversary fundraising campaign!
The event is now FULL – it’s sure to be a great event, do come along and show your support!
Participants will run 500m in between eight HYROX zones. This event will test their strength, endurance and agility.
We are also holding and OPEN DAY EVENT which will include: Exclusive Membership Offers, Centre Tours, Bridport Football Club Mini Games, Cake Sale, Face Painting and a Fantastic Prize Raffle.

Mondays – 7am-8am / Introduction to HYROX 5.15pm-6pm / 6pm-7pm
Tuesdays – 6pm-7pm
Wednesdays – 6pm-7pm
Thursdays – 7am-8am / 6pm-7pm
Fridays – 9.30am-10.30am / 6pm-7pm
Saturdays – 9.45am-10.45am
