RISE Gymnastics

for children aged 4 to 11 years

RISE Gymnastics at Bridport Leisure Centre is a fun packed programme that provides a progressive journey through recreational gymnastics.

This friendly course runs all year round, with term-time sessions following the British Gymnastics RISE syllabus for all children’s ages and abilities.

As your child moves through the different levels they will develop flexibility, strength and body awareness; as well as building confidence and ability on the equipment.

Tuesdays and Thursdays (Term time only)

4 to 7 years – 4pm to 4.45pm

7 to 11 years – 5pm to 5.45pm

£33.50 per month plus joining fee, which includes FREE swimming at weekends and during school holidays. (There are also many more benefits. Full details below.)

Includes a welcome pack with bag and water bottle.

As a Gymnastics member, you will receive the following:

• Friendly qualified staff who are all DBS checked.
• FREE swimming all year – during public sessions.
• Parents Swim FREE whilst your child is in their activity.
• Parents swim for £1 during holidays when accompanying your child during public sessions.
• Half Price fitness suite session, whilst your child is in their activity.
• 5% discount on swim costumes and accessories from our shop – this excludes food and drink.
• No joining fee for siblings or extra activities.
