Our specialised HYROX Classes:
Mondays – 7am-8am / Introduction to HYROX 5.15pm-6pm / 6pm-7pm
Tuesdays – 6pm-7pm
Wednesdays – 6pm-7pm
Thursdays – 7am-8am / 6pm-7pm
Fridays – Introduction to HYROX 8.45am to 9.30am / 9.30am-10.30am / 6pm-6.45pm
Saturdays – 9.45am-10.45am
